Dr. Tino Schubert advises companies in the medical technology and pharmaceutical industries, particularly in the areas of market access and reimbursement strategies. Tino has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector. He has conducted data analyses and set up Markov models for various indications, including orphan diseases. In addition, he has many years of experience in the implementation of business models for special forms of care (§140a SGB V ff.) as well as in communication with authorities such as the G-BA and InEK and health insurance companies to enforce reimbursement bases. High professionalism paired with an entrepreneurial understanding of consulting and pragmatic intuition are the guiding principles of his work. Tino studied health economics at the University of Bayreuth and completed his doctorate on the subject of measuring patient preferences and working with data in the healthcare sector.
Dr. Tobias Vogelmann
Managing Partner
Dr. Tobias Vogelmann advises companies from the medical technology and pharmaceutical industries, particularly on questions regarding real world evidence research and reimbursement management. His focus is on analyzing supply chain processes and financial flows in the healthcare sector. Tobias Vogelmann gained professional experience with a renowned research institute in Mannheim as well as in Switzerland. After holding several other positions at a large company health insurance fund, he decided to face a new challenge in 2016. He now manages LinkCare together with his business partner Tino Schubert. His work is characterized by a high professional standard combined with persistence and the determination to put scientific findings into practice. Tobias Vogelmann earned a degree in Economics from the University of Mannheim and a doctoral degree in medical science and lives in Stuttgart.
Sina Theis

Sina Theis supports the companies in the pharmaceutical industry and medical technology with a focus on quantitative health services research projects and literature reviews. Sina holds a Master's degree in Health Services Research and Implementation Science from Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg. Before joining LinkCare, she worked at the aQua Institute in Göttingen, among others.

Patrick has been advising pharmaceutical and medical technology companies for three years on all issues relating to regional and national market access, regulatory principles and reimbursement prices. He is very familiar with the structures of the German payers as well as the different service providers. Patrick holds a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Applied Sciences Fulda.

With over 20 years of experience in production management and strategic purchasing in German industrial companies, he is characterized by his expertise and a high degree of reliability. As the person responsible for the global supply chains of a mid-sized furniture manufacturer, he developed a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset during the COVID-19 pandemic. He now applies the process experience he gained in material planning and logistics, combining it with his structured and team-oriented approach to work.
