Managing Partner
Dr. Tino Schubert advises companies from the medical technology and pharmaceutical industries with a focus on market access and reimbursement strategies. He has many years of experience in the implementation of business models within the framework of special care (Section 140a of the German Social Security Code) and in communicating with authorities such as health insurance companies and the Federal Joint Committee. After more than 10 years in various positions with health insurance companies and in management consulting, 5 years of which in management positions, he decided to face a new business challenge in 2016 and took over the management of LinkCare with his business partner Tobias Vogelmann. His work is characterized by a high professional standard combined with an entrepreneurial consulting approach and pragmatic instinct. Tino Schubert earned a degree in Health Economics from the University of Bayreuth and a doctoral degree in medical science and currently lives in Ludwigsburg.

Dr. Tobias Vogelmann advises companies from the medical technology and pharmaceutical industries, particularly on questions regarding real world evidence research and reimbursement management. His focus is on analyzing supply chain processes and financial flows in the healthcare sector. Tobias Vogelmann gained professional experience with a renowned research institute in Mannheim as well as in Switzerland. After holding several other positions at a large company health insurance fund, he decided to face a new challenge in 2016. He now manages LinkCare together with his business partner Tino Schubert. His work is characterized by a high professional standard combined with persistence and the determination to put scientific findings into practice. Tobias Vogelmann earned a degree in Economics from the University of Mannheim and a doctoral degree in medical science and lives in Stuttgart.
Manager / Head of Berlin office
André Roeder manages LinkCare's capital city office and supports companies in the medical technology and pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the areas of market access and reimbursement strategies. His experience is based on more than twelve years in the industry, including more than seven years in management positions in the pharmaceutical industry. André focuses on the inpatient sector, the outpatientization of previously inpatient services, stakeholder management and internationalization with a focus on the EU. In the past, André was responsible for Global Market Access at various national and international pharmaceutical and medical technology companies. He studied economics at the Ernst-Moritz-Arndt University of Greifswald.
Sina Weinand

Sina Weinand supports the companies in the pharmaceutical industry and medical technology with a focus on quantitative health services research projects and literature reviews. Sina holds a Master's degree in Health Services Research and Implementation Science from Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg. Before joining LinkCare, she worked at the aQua Institute in Göttingen, among others.
